When: Anytime after you take the eclass (or in person workshop).
How: Register to take the 10-question online exam. You may review the eclass materials as much as you'd like to help you pass the exam with a 80%+ score. Then, you'll participate a 3 hour video call practicum session with up to 5 other students led by ACI's Alyssa Dver. The group will do deeper discussion on the materials, Q&A, and do coaching role plays. Practicums are offered 2 times each month at different times of day.

Alyssa is the author of 6 books including "Kickass Confidence: Own Your Brain. Up Your Game.", she is also an active blogger and co-host of the podcast, “In Confidence – Face Your Workplace”.
